they are few and far between, but Charlie is starting to find some joyful things in the world, sometimes it's me, sometimes it's big sister, just as often it's a curtain rod or a light fixture!
babies are funny creatures!

when Daniel was a baby, his best friend was the overhead fan. He would stare at it and laugh for hours. I thought he was the weirdest thing but whenever he would cry, I would point out the fan and he'd stare transfixed. I really miss those days.
